In her role, Ms. Barnett plays a pivotal role in the organization's mission through raising funding for our extensive community outreach programs. We strive to build awareness for at risk youth in Gary Indiana. Tatianna oversees individual and corporate donor relations within the organization.

With a 10-year track record in the real estate industry, she has successfully implemented innovative strategies to engage supporters and foster a culture of giving. “We believe that every donor has the power to make a lasting impact, and through personalized approaches, we have consistently increased fundraising goals, contributing to the foundation's growth and outreach.”

Beyond the world of philanthropy, Tatianna is also a licensed Real estate broker in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, bringing her passion for helping families achieve homeownership to our overall mission.
